Hot Wings


  • 3 lb Chicken wings
  • 1/2 c Ketchup
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1/4 c Honey
  • 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hot pepper sauce
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Dry minced onion


  1. Remove chicken wing tips.
  2. Poke holes in a sheet of foil and use it to line a broiler pan.
  3. Arrange wings in single layer and place under broiler until lightly browned.
  4. In a sauce pan, mix all ingredients and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Using tongs, dip each wing in the sauce and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes. Baste with remaining sauce during baking.
  7. During last few minutes, turn on broiler to crisp the wings.
